Heating installations for buildings

Heating installations for buildings

The term heating installations of a building is used for all appliances, construction, automation, etc., required and provided for transferring heat energy in various areas of the building in order to cover thermal losses of these areas to the environment and maintain the internal temperature at the desired level of comfort.

The design of the heating installations of a building is related to the size, type and use of each building as well as technical and economical factors. But regardless of the type of heating that is chosen, the construction should ensure:

  • safety of people using it and of neighboring buildings
  • comfort of people using it
  • optimal cost of function along with adequacy
  • optimal energy savings

Thermal production for heating premises and/or hot water is made by a central system installed in a building or complex of buildings. The main system consists of a set of interconnected devices such as boiler, the burner, pump, fuel tank, safety devices, piping, chimney and radiators. The energy produced is transferred to various rooms through radiators (water, steam, air) while the distribution is achieved through a piping network or airway or a combination of both.

Heating pipes

Heating pipes

The transfer of water from the boiler to the radiators and back is achieved through the pipe network. In our facilities, we use copper or multilayer pipes equipped with a flexible sheath PE-X thus reducing transmission of noise, heat loss and the formation of vapor. This method combines the unique advantages of resistance and duration to time with the factory high-performance insulation.

Radiators

Radiators

The radiators are the final devices of a system of central heating installation. The radiators have switches for isolation in order to save energy or in case of failure.

Underfloor heating

Underfloor heating

The underfloor heating belongs to the so-called flat heating that includes heat in floor, wall and roof. The water is heated by any source of energy and is transferred into tubes in the floor, wall, roof and from there into the air in the form of radiation and convection.
